Description

The Process Engineer - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for connector production.
• Analyze workflow, equipment, and materials to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Support new product introductions by developing process documentation and training materials.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Profile

The ideal Process Engineer - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment (connector or electronics industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
