Senior Project Manager- Highrise Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of multifamily high-rise projects in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a track record of managing 30+ story towers from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

• Oversee all phases of high-rise multifamily projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reporting while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 10+ years of construction management experience, with a proven background delivering multifamily high-rise projects of 30+ stories. They are a strong leader with excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex teams and projects from start to finish.
