Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• A strong background in commercial construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience running projects as the lead
• Proven experience in at least one of their markets served (multifamily, corporate, healthcare, academic, hospitality, etc)
• Ground up project experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A detail-oriented mindset to maintain quality and accuracy in all aspects of the project.
