- Projects throughout the Greater Boston area; primarily all 5 minutes from the office, along with projects in Lynn and Braintree
- Projects from $20M - $40M
- Projects: Academic, Historical Renovations, Smaller Multifamily, Restaurants, Healthcare
- Mid-size firm with owners coming from Large National GC, family owned business
- 30+ years in the industry
Description
Construction Safety Manager - Projects up to $40M - Boston, MA - $140k - Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
- Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
- Maintain updated records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure the company's safety policies align with current standards.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.

Job Offer
Construction Safety Manager - Projects up to $40M - Boston, MA - $140k - Will receive
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
