Development Associate
My client are seeking a Development Associate to join their team developing world class luxury multifamily condominiums. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Development an be involved in multiple phases of real estate development, including entitlement, escrow, financial modeling (feasibility pro formas), consultant and contractor coordination, and marketing/sales initiatives.

They are seeking a talented Development Associate to lead their development efforts and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and analysis of current and future real estate developments within the company portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis to benchmark and enhance development activities.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of development processes.
- Support the marketing and sales efforts for the company's projects, helping drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to entitlement and escrow processes, ensuring projects meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project feasibility assessments and help in the preparation and review of project pro formas.
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
* Completed 4-year college degree (e.g. Bachelor's), in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred (or industry equivalent)
* Strong work experience, including Project Management functions in the real estate industry.
* Knowledge of Arizona real estate development is highly preferred.
* Must be familiar with construction standards for multifamily and residential finishes and building systems.
Job Offer
$120,000-$150,000 depending on experience
