Client Details
Our client is a trusted commercial healthcare general contractor specializing in medical offices, outpatient facilities, clinics, imaging suites, and hospital renovations throughout NYC. - Manage healthcare interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and facility teams in active healthcare environments.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, procurement, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality finishes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to occupied facilities.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial healthcare or medical interior construction projects in NYC.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Detail‑driven, proactive, and confident managing complex, fast‑paced projects.
