Procurement Sourcing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist/Analyst to join the Procurement & Supply Chain department within the life sciences industry. This temporary position is based in White Plains and requires expertise in sourcing and supply chain management.

Description

• Analyze and manage sourcing strategies to meet procurement goals effectively.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support procurement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in procurement activities.
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues to minimize disruptions.

Profile

A successful Sourcing Specialist/Analyst should have:

• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in the life sciences industry.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sourcing and supply chain management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $40.00 to $45.00 USD.
• Hybrid work arrangement with two days a week onsite in White Plains.
