Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
