Key Account Manager - Retail
We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Seattle and contribute to the growth and development of our retail sales department. This permanent position offers a chance to manage key accounts and drive business success in a competitive environment.

Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of service and support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Track and report on sales metrics to drive continuous improvement.
