Description

The Superintendent key responsibilites:

• Oversee on-site construction for civil and utility projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage teams of subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with the General Superintendent and project teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Use project management software, including Procore, B2W, and Vista, to track progress and handle logistics.

Profile

The successful Superintendent:

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally with civil, utility, or water/wastewater project experience.
• Ground-up construction experience is required; civil project experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large, complex projects.
• Must be willing to travel across the South Shore for project assignments.
