Talent Acquisition Manager - $90k-$120k - On-Site
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment and hiring strategies to attract top talent in the industrial and manufacturing industry. This position involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing or adjacent industries is REQUIRED.
This position is full-time on-site in the Paramus, NJ area. Candidates must go on-site five days a week.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established, global company operating in the manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Global TA Manager who is market-savvy and has experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries.
This role will manage a recruiting team, so leadership experience is a must.
Qualified candidates will also have stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and exceptional communication capabilities.
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE: the ability to go on-site in Paramus full-time; prior experience leading a team; prior experience recruiting in manufacturing or similar industries.
Description
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting channels and tools to source top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
