Multi Family Project Manager - Charlotte, NC
A fast‑growing multifamily developer/GC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Charlotte office. With multiple active and upcoming projects across North and South Carolina, this PM will oversee 2-3 ground‑up multifamily developments at a time, working closely with site teams and senior leadership. This is a high‑impact role within a rapidly scaling Carolinas division.

A reputable multifamily developer/contractor expanding rapidly across the Carolinas. Known for developing Class‑A, garden‑style communities with high‑end amenities, the company has a strong culture of operational excellence and steady project flow. The Charlotte office is a strategic hub expected to support 4+ new starts per year.
Description
- Manage 200-350 unit Class‑A, garden‑style multifamily projects with amenities and clubhouses
- Oversee construction phases from preconstruction through closeout across NC and SC
- Lead project planning, schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Work directly with Superintendents and Assistants, managing 2-3 projects concurrently
- Ensure high‑quality work, safety compliance, and alignment with project timelines
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Construction
Profile
- Experienced multifamily Project Manager (Class‑A, garden‑style preferred)
- Strong track record managing ground‑up multifamily projects independently
- Capable of managing multiple large‑scale sites across different markets
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Able to travel between NC and SC job sites (office 2 days/week, field 3 days/week)
Job Offer
Base salary: $122,000-$180,000 (paid monthly)
Bonus: Discretionary 10% - paid December after the first full year (eligibility begins Dec 2026)
