Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee operations during the 2nd shift. Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for the 2nd shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and processes are functioning properly.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare shift reports.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management systems.
