Construction Superintendent - General Contractor - Oconomowoc

My client is actively seeking a qualified site superintendent to join us for commercial construction projects solely in southeast Wisconsin. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team.

Description

• Responsible for leading and managing subcontractors
• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
• Safety program administration and oversight
• Interact directly with project managers as required including attending meetings with owners and partners
• Perform & provide structural calculations

Profile

• 5+ years of construction management experience. Design-Build familiarity preferred.
• OSHA site safety experience
• Familiarity with Procore project management software preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a 50 miles radius of Oconomowoc, WI
• Proven construction technical knowledge on-site with an understanding of each facet of a job (i.e. concrete, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, moisture proofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishing, conveying systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exteriors improvements, utilities, transportation, waterway & marine construction, wastewater, demolition, etc.)

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 & 30 Certification
• Aerial Lift Certification
• Forklift Certification
