• Develop and optimize manual and robotic welding processes
• Support production teams to ensure high-quality and efficient operations
• Lead welding projects from concept through implementation
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and process issues
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel
• Ensure welding activities meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all welding operations

• Experienced Welding Engineer with expertise in both robotic and manual welding processes
• Hands-on experience with multiple welding methods and techniques
• Strong understanding of welding standards, codes, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technical teams
• Track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains
