Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Profile
The candidate should be an experienced and motivated Superintendent with a background in commercial construction. They should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be confident managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors from start to finish.
