This role as an Assistant Project Manager/Assistant Superintendent focuses on supporting the successful completion of diverse commercial projects within the construction industry. Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Support the management of project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and updates.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address project needs and challenges.
• Help resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager/Assistant Superintendent should have:

• Experience in office and on site
• Experience with projects up to $10M+
• A solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
