Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with internal teams to align on project scope, schedule, and budget
• Developing and maintaining project schedules while identifying and mitigating risks
• Monitoring field operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and contract requirements
• Communicating with owners, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress
• Managing change orders, including tracking, pricing, and approvals
• Maintaining project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Collaborating with estimating teams on constructability and future project input
• Resolving project issues through coordination with stakeholders
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting team development
• Tracking material procurement to ensure timely delivery
• Supporting project closeout including punch lists and final documentation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving continuous improvement across project processes

Profile

The Project Manager will have:

• 2-5 years of experience in small-scale commercial construction
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Clear and effective communication across stakeholders
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project priorities
• Experience identifying risks and implementing solutions
• Understanding of cost tracking, forecasting, and project financials
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
