Description

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with precision.

• Help prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Assist with subcontractor communication, fostering the collaborative relationships Straub is known for.

• Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and integrity on every job site.

Profile

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to be part of a supportive team.

• Passion for learning and building projects that positively impact the community.

Job Offer
