Lead Superintendent - K-12 & Education

Description

• Run day-to-day site operations on a major K-12 project
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on schedule and quality
• Lead subcontractors and manage site logistics and safety
• Coordinate staffing, inspections, and milestone deliveries
• Serve as the on-site representative with owners and architects

Profile

A successful K12 Superintendent should have:

• 7-12 years' experience as a Superintendent on complex projects
• Background in K-12, higher-ed, or similar institutional builds
• Proven ability to control large, active jobsites
• Strong subcontractor and trade relationships
• Willingness to travel locally across Ohio as needed
