As a Junior KYC Consultant, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal and compliance operations in New York.

Description

• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze and verify customer documentation to meet internal and external regulatory standards.
• Identify and escalate any potential risks or discrepancies in customer data.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of KYC processes and updates in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of KYC reviews.
• Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements and adapt processes accordingly.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing required documentation and insights.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance compliance procedures.

Profile

A successful Junior KYC Consultant should have:

• A strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing customer documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Detail-oriented skills with the ability to identify potential risks or discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance operations in financial services.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in New York.
• Ability to speak in Mandarin is a plus
