Description

• Manage daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction efforts.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for on-site personnel and resolve any conflicts or challenges.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in construction management within the Property industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and schedules.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges on-site.
