Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager oversees all phases of a construction project, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to execution and final closeout.

Description

  • ead and manage all phases of MEP construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

  • Coordinate with design teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met

  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontracted work

  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures

  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders

  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns

  • Support and mentor project engineers and other junior team members

  • Drive project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Profile

  • Proven experience managing large-scale MEP or design-build construction projects

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively

  • Skilled at problem-solving and navigating complex construction challenges

  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • PMP or other industry certifications (preferred but not required)
