Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Rapidly Growing Builder/Developer - Charlestonn will be responsible for:
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
- Supporting subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope reviews
- Tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely resolution
- Supporting cost control, budget tracking, and pay application reviews
- Assisting with on-site progress reporting and quality control efforts
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and inspectors as needed
- Supporting closeout documentation and project turnover
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Rapidly Growing Builder/Developer - Charleston should have:
- 1-4 years of experience in construction or project management
- Exposure to multifamily, commercial, or large-scale residential projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project preferred)
