Description

• Travel from job site to job site and work out of company trailer on site - 90% travel
• Conduct planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Participate in onsite walkthroughs and coordination meetings
• Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Contribute to problem-solving, issue resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Experience with commerical construction
• Must be open to 90% nation wide travel
• Must be open to working out of company travel on job site
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
