Description

You'll lead cost estimating for commercial projects, developing precise budgets using current market data and proprietary estimating systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Pre-qualifying vendors & identifying long‑lead items
• Specifying contingency and value engineering plans
• Collaborating with PMs and subcontractors to optimize pricing

Experience: 3+ years in commercial construction estimating

Tools: Familiar with Bluebeam, ProEst, and cost-control software

Skills: Sharp analytical mindset, strong communication abilities

Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes
