The company focuses on full lifecycle project execution, including design, engineering, process optimization, and team coordination, while prioritizing safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Description
You will report directly into the Vice President and be responsible for:
- Working directly with engineers and project managers to guide technical strategy, oversee project delivery, and ensure designs meet performance and operational requirements.
- Communicating project updates, engineering information, and progress effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
- Monitoring project milestones, deadlines, objectives, and goals, ensuring engineering and project teams are on track.
- Driving organizational initiatives from leadership to improve operational efficiency and long-term performance across teams.
- Developing employees' skills through ongoing feedback, coaching, and ensuring performance reviews are conducted according to company policy.
- Resolving technical and operational conflicts both within the team and with external partners.
- Establishing and tracking departmental performance metrics, sharing regular updates and conducting in-depth reviews periodically.
- Fostering a team culture that attracts, develops, and retains talent while promoting engagement and professional growth.
Profile
The successful candidate will have
- 10+ years of engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluid processing system design skills preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Cost and schedule management skills
- cGMP knowledge
- Strong communication skills
