Description

This Production Manager will:

• Manage and supervise large-scale production teams to meet output and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and quality teams.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.

Profile

A successful Production Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of production management experience in medical device or regulated industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and lean principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
