The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support business decisions within the financial services and insurance industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a strong ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

Description

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements using data analytics tools.

Profile

A successful Data Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or technology industries.
  • Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite is imperative.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • A degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics is preferred.
