Project Executive- Commercial/Healthcare
My client are seeking an up and coming Commercial Project Executive or established Senior Project Manager to lead their healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Lead project teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and healthcare industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Tenured experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and lead diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
