Assistant Project Manager (Ground-Up) - Construction

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support commercial ground‑up construction projects throughout Westchester. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone eager to grow their career while working on full‑lifecycle builds from sitework to turnover.

Description

• Support Project Managers on commercial ground‑up projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and onsite teams.
• Track long‑lead items and ensure materials align with construction schedules.
• Attend project meetings and help resolve issues to keep work moving efficiently.

Profile
