Senior Estimator I - Large Projects - Knoxville
The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in managing cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support decision-making. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in the construction industry and a passion for delivering quality results.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Review project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations during the estimating process.
- Participate in bid reviews and presentations to clients as needed.
- Continuously update and refine estimating tools and practices for improved efficiency.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, processes, and software.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
