Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - Maine
A leading developer, operating in over 16 states, is seeking a Superintendent for a townhome project in Maine.

- Headquartered out of PA with projects throughout 16 states, healthy pipeline of work in New England
- Real Estate Management and Development Company
- Everything is done in-house from the construction to the property management.
- 250+ employees in company - all project management is handled in PA
- Projects: Luxury Apartments & Townhomes - 9,000+ units across 16 different states
Description
- Successfully manage Project from start to finish
- Provide oversight & leadership to the construction team
- Communicate successfully with clients
- Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Profile
- 5+ yrs of project experience
- Familiarity with construction software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Experience on multifamily or commerical projects
