Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Client Details

- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out
- Develop, maintain, and track project budgets, schedules, and forecasting
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor buy‑out, and contract administration
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain all documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents
- Travel 5-6 days per month to project sites as needed
- Contribute to company‑wide initiatives with a long‑term leadership mindset
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Proven track record leading ground‑up or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Interest in senior leadership pathways and long‑term career advancement
