Chief Financial Officer
As CFO you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance and strategic planning while ensuring the long-term sustainability for this sector leading affordable housing and social services non-profit in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the Executive board to make a significant impact in the future direction of this meaningful organization.

Description
Key responsibilties are many and varied but include:
Strategic leadership.
Financial Planning and Forecasting.
Broad based financial Management.
Develop and maintain a reliable cash flow projection process.
Oversee all fiscal departments and their handling of banking relationships.
Oversee fund-raising activities.
Develop and implement operational improvement in financial infrastructure, processes, systems and third party support agencies. Profile
You will be a proven Controller and or Chief Financial Officer with a track record of success in the nonprofit sector. Experience in Social Services and/or Affordable housing is required.
