Project Manager- Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Miami, Florida, with a focus on tenant improvements, office space, and retail build-outs. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvement and interior build-out projects across the Miami and South Florida market. They work with repeat clients in office and retail sectors and are known for their fast-paced execution, strong subcontractor relationships, and consistent project pipeline.
Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Review and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Strong background in tenant improvements, office build-outs, and retail projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost management.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar platforms preferred.
