Operations Manager - Food & Beverage
The Operations Manager will oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and optimizing OEE in food packaging lines.

Description
- Manage daily operations for a 3-shift high-speed food and beverage manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards.
- Drive OEE improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Oversee maintenance coordination to ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
- Streamline line changeovers and optimize production processes for high-speed packaging, batching, and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve production goals.
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor and manage production schedules and inventory levels.
- Promote a safety-first culture and provide leadership to ensure team alignment with company standards.

Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in food and beverage manufacturing or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Proficiency in OEE optimization and managing high-speed packaging lines.
- Ability to lead and manage a 3-shift team effectively, promoting a safety-focused culture.
- Understanding of ERP systems and production scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
