Description

  • Plan and oversee all stages of commercial construction projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key metrics.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize project disruptions.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A solid background in commercial construction or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
