Associate Quality Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer
Our client, an innovative aerospace manufacturer, is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join and support their growing quality team.

As they continue to expand and enhance their capabilities, the company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Quality Engineer to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring all products not only meet but exceed rigorous industry and customer requirements.

Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and final products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to detect trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations and corrective action plans in response to non-conformances or customer complaints.
- Support supplier quality management by performing audits and evaluating supplier performance.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant aerospace quality standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality requirements and best practices.

- Exposure to ISO 9001 or another QMS
- Exposure to component manufacturing (can be from an internship)
- Degree in engineering preferred
