A global manufacturing leader with a strong U.S. presence is seeking a skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join their corporate team. Known for their innovation in materials used across industrial markets, the company combines a collaborative office environment with the stability of a well-established international organization.

This is a high-impact role, blending compensation strategy and HR business partnership responsibilities. You'll lead compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and bonus administration, while also acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Description
- Drive compensation strategy by managing salary structures, conducting market analysis, and overseeing merit and incentive programs to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide consultative HR support on employee relations, performance coaching, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead compensation-related data analysis, utilizing SAP and Excel to develop insights that inform budgeting and organizational planning.
- Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Partner with Finance and HR teams to align compensation strategies with broader business goals, contributing to effective labor cost management.
- Continuously improve HR processes, staying ahead of market trends and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to the Atlanta office, acting as a trusted resource to employees and managers alike.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on compensation.
- Solid experience with salary benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive planning.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables).
- Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, comfortable working with C-suite leaders.
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a plus, but not required.
