Project Manager / SPM - Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
A leading, award-winning general contractor with a national presence is seeking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a strong pipeline of industrial and mission-critical builds across the Southeast. These roles offer flexibility, career growth, and exposure to complex, large-scale projects.

Description
- Manage construction projects across industrial and commercial sectors
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Report into the Project Executive and lead project teams
- Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or similar) for planning and execution
- Occasional regional travel (overnight as needed)
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Charlotte, NC.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Job Offer
Project Manager: $125,000 - $145,000
Senior Project Manager: $145,000 - $180,000
