Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the Houston market. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality tilt-wall, aviation, and distribution center projects across the region. Backed by a reliable subcontractor network and a client-first mindset, they offer a wide range of construction planning and management services. This firm is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with the ability to lead multiple projects and clients simultaneously, driving success from preconstruction through closeout

Description

  • Manage ground-up tilt-wall, aviation, and distribution center projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead and coordinate the Houston-based construction team, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Oversee subcontractors and daily on-site operations to maintain quality and schedule adherence.

  • Resolve project issues by coordinating with architects, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and key stakeholders.

  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.

  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of ground-up construction experience, specifically in tilt-wall, aviation, or large-scale distribution center projects. They have a proven track record of leading projects from start to finish, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. This individual is highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices. Experience in the Houston market is a strong plus.

Job Offer
