Description

• As a Concrete Superintendent, you will report to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of concrete field execution across commercial and industrial projects.
  
  • Lead day-to-day concrete operations from site mobilization through closeout
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, and self-perform concrete activities
  • Oversee formwork, rebar installation, embeds, and concrete placement
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and inspection teams
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures on-site
  • Support scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity targets
  • Mentor developing superintendents and promote best-in-class concrete practices
  
  

Profile

• For the Concrete Superintendent, we are seeking:
  
  • Proven experience in a concrete-focused superintendent or senior field role
  • Strong hands-on background in commercial or industrial concrete construction
  • Tilt-wall, large-scale structural, or data center concrete experience highly preferred
  • Candidates who progressed through the trades are strongly encouraged
  • Ability to lead local projects with minimal overnight travel
  • Open to experienced superintendents or developing leaders with strong concrete fundamentals
  • Willingness to relocate for a long-term opportunity (relocation support available)

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000+ (flexible based on concrete experience)
