Manufacturing Engineer - LSR / Injection Mold - Beverly, MA
My client is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding & LSR Manufacturing Engineer who is actively supporting daily process troubleshooting and driving process development to ensure products are manufactured to meet cost, quality, and production targets. This role requires the ability to interpret technical documentation and to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Description
In this role you will report directly into the Director of Operations and will have the opportunity to:
Experience in injection molding and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processes (preferred)
Demonstrating familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality management systems
Applying knowledge of cleanroom manufacturing environments (preferred)
Supporting process development and optimization for injection molding and LSR production
Troubleshooting daily manufacturing issues to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical personnel
Documenting process changes and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- 1-3+ years of injection molding and silicone rubber experience
- ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13845 familiarity
- Clean room experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
