We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead a public education construction project in Santa Monica. This role involves overseeing all phases of a Division of the State Architect (DSA) regulated project, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing California public school construction projects and a deep understanding of DSA processes.

Key responsibilities for Sr. Project Manager - DSA Construction in Los Angeles
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular project status updates and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
