Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Raleigh
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects in Raleigh, NC. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project managers
- Implement company policies and maintain a professional work environment
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent preferred
