Project Manager- K-12 Construction
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead K-12 school renovation projects in West Palm Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact, community-focused construction projects with a well-established and reputable general contractor in the Florida education sector.

Description
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout for K-12 renovation projects.
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead weekly meetings with owners, architects, and engineers to track progress and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contract documents, and school district standards.
Oversee change orders, RFIs, schedules, and budget forecasting.
Report directly to senior leadership with project updates and risk mitigation strategies.
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Proven track record with K-12, public sector, or occupied renovation projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Florida building codes, permitting, and local construction processes.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required).
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ($95,000-$125,000 DOE) plus performance-based bonuses.
