Construction Project Manager - Western Suburbs
As a Project Manager, you'll lead multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll collaborate with internal development teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established integrated General Contractor and Developer headquartered in the Western Suburbs. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and a reputation built on repeat business, they offer the unique advantage of combining the execution strength of a GC with the strategic insight of a developer.
As interest rates continue to fall, the company is experiencing a surge in new developments across the region, creating immediate opportunities for multiple Project Managers to join their growing team in Addison.
Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Collaborate with development and design teams to align construction goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record in multifamily, student housing, or affordable housing projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with developers or in integrated GC/Developer environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
