The Project Executive role for a name brand general contractor, will oversee a team completing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This position requires leadership skills and expertise in construction project management within the Portland market.

Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project budgeting, including cost control and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations on all job sites.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance excellence.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
