AVP, Credit Admin & Control
The Credit Admin Officer provides independent review of credit and security documentation, collateral control, credit risk monitoring and loan agency support for bilateral and syndicated facilities. The role ensures documentation complies with approved terms, regulatory standards and internal policies, supports collateral records, prepares risk and regulatory reporting, and contributes to operational risk initiatives.

Description
Bilateral Lending
- Draft and issue facility letters and independently review non‑standard facility agreements and security documents for complex transactions prepared by external counsel.
- Verify that all documentation aligns with approved credit submissions, internal policies, and regulatory requirements prior to drawdown.
- Identify, escalate and resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained before facility implementation.
- Apply strong product knowledge across areas such as real estate, construction finance, project finance and trade-related lending.
- Maintain safe custody of original legal and security documentation and ensure accurate updates within collateral management systems.
Syndicated Lending & Loan Agency
- Perform loan agency administrative duties, acting as a central point of coordination between borrowers, lenders and internal stakeholders.
- Confirm that all syndicated loan documentation is complete, enforceable and consistent with approved credit terms.
- Support complex deal mechanics with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a visible, stakeholder‑facing role.
- Proactively manage operational and documentation risks to minimise commercial, legal and reputational exposure.
Credit Risk Monitoring, Reporting & Operational Risk
- Monitor ongoing credit conditions, including covenant compliance, collateral expiries, insurance renewals, property valuations and annual credit reviews.
- Escalate exceptions and early warning indicators in line with internal risk management frameworks.
- Prepare monthly exposure and limit reporting, along with internal management and regulatory submissions related to loan portfolios.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and broader operational risk and control projects.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-8 years' experience in credit administration, loan operations or loan agency within a corporate or wholesale banking environment.
- Strong risk awareness with a meticulous approach to documentation, controls and compliance.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly within credit documentation and portfolio oversight.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and perform effectively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
- $120,000 base salary
